Mr. Robinson routinely represents clients in the prevention and resolution of construction claims and disputes. He has successfully represented clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals. He also has a knack for collecting money for clients. He enjoys the honor of being selected to Mountain States Super Lawyers (2010-2017), Mountain States Rising Stars (2008-2009), and Utah Legal Elite (2009-2017). Mr. Robinson actively participates in construction professional and trade associations. He authors articles addressing legal issues facing the construction industry.
