Jason Porter Cleveland

Jason Cleveland is an experienced Indianapolis-area attorney who has built his career around employment law and civil litigation. Since 2003, he has represented clients in state and federal matters, including multiple federal injury trials in Indiana’s Northern and Southern District Courts. Jason’s Indiana roots run deep. He grew up in New Castle and earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from DePauw University. As a third-generation small business owner, he understands the importance of fairness, accountability, and clear communication. Jason earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington. He started his legal career at Hostetter & O’Hara in Brownsburg, where he spent seven years handling general civil litigation in both federal and state courts. He later joined John H. Haskin & Associates (formerly Haskin & LaRue), where he focused exclusively on employment and discrimination law. Jason lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Jill, and their three children.
