Personal:

Jason has a broad based civil trial practice. His practice focuses on both plaintiff and defense personal injury matters, as well as insurance coverage disputes. Jason has experience litigating professional negligence matters, including medical malpractice and claims involving insurance agent errors and omissions. He also has extensive experience handling catastrophic property damage claims due to hurricanes, tornados, fire and water intrusion. Jason handles most general civil litigation matters and has experience trying civil cases to both judges and juries as lead trial counsel. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and all of Florida's state courts.

Jason earned his undergraduate degree in 1996 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from the University of Florida.
