Jed Philip Henrichsen

Jed Henrichsen is an associate in the New York City office, where his practice focuses on national litigation, including batch claims, complex discovery, and trial support. He works with counsel across the country to formulate damages strategies in a broad range of cases.

Jed also serves as monitoring and supervisory counsel in high-exposure and catastrophic professional liability matters, and his practice extends to aging services, health care, and medical malpractice.

Before joining Hall Booth Smith, Jed was an associate at a large international law firm, where he handled complex civil disputes and counseled clients on regulatory and insurance matters. Following law school, he provided legal guidance and limited-scope representation to pro se litigants in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Jed holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and was selected as a New York State Pro Bono Scholar. He also served as President of the Employment and Labor Law Student Association and completed judicial and public service internships with the Honorable Nicholas W. Moyne of the New York State Supreme Court and the New York State Division of Human Rights. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Sewanee: The University of the South.
