i have tried cases with jeff, off and on, for over 20 years. most recently he associated me to help him with a very complex multimillion dollar oil and gas case, which we won after eight weeks of trial. jeff demonstrated extraordinary skill, commitment, judgment and leadership throughout the pre-trial discovery period, which included multiple complex motion hearings and the need to work with multiple lawyers, and throughout the trial. in my opinion jeff clearly deserves an av rating.
