Jeffrey F. Buebendorf brings over 30 years of experience to his employment law practice, representing employers of all sizes across southeastern Connecticut. His clients range from organizations with more than 8,000 employees to small businesses with fewer than five. Jeff has appeared in Connecticut’s Superior, Appellate, and Supreme Courts and frequently represents clients before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Connecticut and U.S. Departments of Labor, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Jeff’s proactive approach encourages employers to seek guidance before making high-risk employment decisions. He fosters a collaborative environment built on respect, understanding, and professionalism, ensuring management and HR teams feel supported when navigating workplace challenges.
