Biography

Jeffrey Brown’s areas of practice include taxation, corporate and business law, business transactions, estate and business planning, probate, real estate, special needs planning, elder law and trust law.

As a tax attorney, Mr. Brown provides extensive expertise to small and large business clients regarding daily operations and tax-saving strategies. His corporate practice also includes business formation and financing issues, contract review and assistance, mergers and acquisitions and employment law matters. He also skillfully applies his tax knowledge to his estate planning practice area. In addition to drafting documents necessary to implement his client’s estate plans, Jeff counsels regarding charitable giving, trusts and special needs planning. Similarly, Jeff provides valuable counsel to personal representatives and trustees during the estate administration process.
