Jeffrey Brown’s areas of practice include taxation, corporate and business law, business transactions, estate and business planning, probate, real estate, special needs planning, elder law and trust law.

As a tax attorney, Mr. Brown provides extensive expertise to small and large business clients regarding daily operations and tax-saving strategies. His corporate practice also includes business formation and financing issues, contract review and assistance, mergers and acquisitions and employment law matters.
