Jenna C. Corcoran joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2025 and is an Associate with the firm’s Transactions Department. Corcoran focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes representing clients throughout all stages of commercial property acquisitions, development, financing and leasing. She strives to understand the clients’ specific business goals and collaborates with colleagues to develop strategies to obtain them.

Corcoran graduated summa cum laude from Union College and received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Corcoran was a Real Estate Associate at BakerHostetler.
