I know Dean Paul in his capacity as the Dean of UCONN Law School ~ I cannot gauge his qualifications as a lawyer in private practice.

I only know Dean Paul as the Dean of the Univ of CT School of Law, not as a practicing attorney. I have no knowledge of him in actual practice or what area of practice he may be proficient in.
