He is one of the few lawyers who will not proceed to implement a matter until he is confident that all the concerns have been adequately addressed. I have observed him tell a client "I think that what I am proposing is correct, but would like to perform some further research and analysis to verify the correctness of what I am proposing." That is sign of someone who cares about the quality of the work he performs for a client.
He is constantly learning.
