Biography

JoAnn Leigh Gramm, the driving force behind the Law Offices of JoAnn Leigh Gramm, P.A., embarked on her journey toward becoming an attorney with a solid foundation in education. She earned her B.A. in History, Magna Cum Laude, at the City University of New York, followed by a Juris Doctorate in Law from Rutgers University School of Law, and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Temple University.

JoAnn's commitment to the legal profession manifested early in her career when she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey. Over the ensuing six years, she honed her legal acumen while practicing law with a prominent New Jersey firm. Concurrently, JoAnn shared her expertise by teaching Business Law at Stockton State College in Galloway, New Jersey.

Subsequently, JoAnn embarked on an entrepreneurial path, establishing her private practice in New Jersey, where she focused exclusively on Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, Elder Law, and Medicaid Planning. In 2005, drawn by the allure of Florida's warm climate, she expanded her practice to Jacksonville, Florida, maintaining her unwavering dedication to Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Guardianships, Wills, and Trusts.

JoAnn is an active member of the St. Johns Chamber of Commerce, aligning herself with the local business community. She also engages professionally as a member of the Florida Bar Real Property and Probate Division and Uptown Civitan Jacksonville.

Beyond her legal pursuits, JoAnn extends her passion for community service. She has a rich history with Project Care, a non-profit organization devoted to aiding the elderly in the community. In this capacity, she has orchestrated fundraising initiatives and collaborated with other non-profit organizations to host educational seminars addressing crucial issues affecting the elderly. JoAnn has also conducted seminars illuminating the pivotal roles of attorneys, non-profit organizations, and the community in supporting this segment of the population.
