Jodi Leisure is Board Certified in
Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar, and by the National Board of Trial
Advocacy. Ms. Leisure received her law
degree, magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 1999, her
Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University in 1999, and her
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from
Palm Beach Atlantic College in 1989.
Ms. Leisure is licensed to practice
law in the State of Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar, The American
Association for Justice, The Florida Justice Association, the Million Dollar Advocates
Forum, National Board of Trial Advocacy, and American Board of Trial Advocates. She was also featured in Florida Super
Lawyers, which lists Florida’s outstanding attorneys in each practice area. She is the co-author of “A Conversation With
Our Clients”.
While in law school, Ms. Leisure
served as the supervising judicial intern in the Circuit Court for the Sixth
Circuit and was an associate member of the Stetson Law Review. Ms. Leisure also received the Victor O. Wehle
Trial Advocacy Award and the West Group Outstanding Scholastic Achievement
Award.
Ms. Leisure uses her experience as a
litigator and trial attorney to pursue claims for wrongful death and injuries
related to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and other negligent
conduct.
