Joe Newman is Of Counsel in our Missoula office, with a practice ranging from medical malpractice and general litigation defense to transactional matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Joe was an associate at Kalkstein Law Firm, P.C., where his practice centered upon medical malpractice defense and health care matters. Before earning his Juris Doctor in 2017, Joe gained a variety of experience with agency, regulatory, property, transactional, and natural resource issues through an extended clinical practice internship with the Montana Department of Natural Resources & Conservation.
