Meet Attorney John D. Mooney
Personal Injury Lawyer, John D. Mooney is a Florida native, born and raised in Broward County. John attended Westminster Academy for his parochial schooling. After graduation, John attended the University of Florida where he graduated summa cum laude in his class.
It was during John’s tenure at the University of Florida where he developed an interest in jurisprudence and a legal education, which led him to attend Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. During his legal schooling, John was awarded First Place in a Statewide Negotiation Contest. John also interned for the Honorable Judge Dean W. Sword in the Portsmouth Circuit Civil Court of Appeals. John’s three years of legal education at Regency University School of Law culminated in his graduation in the top ten percent of his graduating class.⚠️ Please Note: We only accept injury cases from the past two (2) years that were caused by another party’s negligence.
