Joseph H. Beale, a highly accomplished attorney, boasts an impressive
academic background. He graduated cum laude from Boston University
with a Bachelor of Arts degree, earning membership in the esteemed
Golden Key International Honor Society. Joseph furthered his
education by obtaining a law degree from the American University
Washington College of Law.
After completing his legal
studies, Mr. Beale established his own practice in Arlington County,
specializing in criminal defense, traffic cases, and juvenile law.
His dedication quickly earned him recognition as one of Fairfax
County's foremost advocates for children involved in abuse and
neglect cases, as well as contested custody or divorce
proceedings.
Joseph's career trajectory led him to join
Legal Services of Northern Virginia, where he contributed to the
family law task force for three years. During this time, he
represented indigent clients, many of whom were victims of domestic
violence. His commitment to social justice was
evident.
Subsequently, Mr. Beale spent a decade at Regan
Associates, Chartered, in Washington, D.C., expanding his areas of
practice to encompass immigration, bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 13),
personal injury, landlord-tenant law, consumer law, and wills,
trusts, and estates. His diverse legal expertise reflected his
dedication to serving a broad range of client needs.
Before
founding Joseph H. Beale, Attorney At Law, PLLC, with offices in
Aldie and Herndon, Joseph contributed his legal talents to a
prestigious boutique firm in Falls Church. Whether advocating for
clients facing serious criminal charges, asylum seekers confronting
deportation, abused children, or individuals seeking to break free
from abusive relationships, Mr. Beale consistently demonstrated his
tenacity, effectiveness, and compassionate approach as an advocate
and litigator.
Joseph H. Beale is a member of the District
of Columbia and Virginia bars, further extending his reach by
practicing before the U.S. District Court for the District of
Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of
Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of
Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. His
professional engagement includes membership on the Citizens’
Advisory Council to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District
Court of Fairfax County and active involvement in the American
Immigration Lawyers Association.
Beyond his legal career,
Joseph's interests include swimming, and he cherishes quality time
spent with his wife and two children in Loudoun County.
