Biography

Joseph J. Kammerman joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2025 and is Counsel with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Kammerman’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, securities litigation, partnership conflicts, and corporate governance matters. He also has experience handling bankruptcy litigations and white collar and internal investigations. He has litigated high-stakes cases on behalf of private and publicly traded institutions before state and federal courts across the country, as well as in multiple arbitration forums, with a focus in New York jurisdictions. His clients have spanned a wide range of industries, including real estate, private equity, financial services, energy, and pharmaceuticals, among others.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Kammerman was a litigator at Milbank LLP for nearly a decade.
