Biography

Josh Farmer was born in Hendersonville, North Carolina, but has lived in Rutherford County since 1986.  Upon his admission to the bar, Josh joined the firm of Tomblin and Perry Attorneys in Spindale, North Carolina.  Currently, Josh is a partner in Farmer & Morris Law.  Since the beginning his practice, Josh has been serving the citizens of North Carolina and South Carolina for their legal needs. His practice focuses on representing injured people in work-related and vehicle-related accidents.   Josh has experience in the management of a family-owned trucking company.  That experience helps him assist clients who have been injured in accidents with commercial motor vehicles. He also represents individual and business clients facing financial hardship in bankruptcy and debt workout matters.   He is married to Andrea G. Farmer and has one son, Thomas Bradley Farmer.
