Biography

I graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

With a passion for justice I have always fought for the rights of those entangled with criminal charges in a sometimes abusive criminal justice system.

I began my legal career at the Office of the Palm Beach Public Defender, where I was afforded the opportunity to defend thousands of clients with charges ranging from second degree misdemeanors to felonies punishable by mandatory life imprisonment. During that time I gained invaluable experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system.

I am an experienced trial attorney and skilled and creative legal researcher and writer. I have a special talent in finding details that other attorneys regularly miss that help him have an edge in defending his clients.

Having participated in numerous trials and final violation of probation hearings, I know the value of taking the time to understand the circumstances and history of each of the clients I represent. I have drafted and argued countless motions, specifically, Motions to Suppress and Motions to Dismiss. I have successfully argued to have drugs, firearms, child pornography, and confessions suppressed, as well as various felony criminal charges dismissed.

I use the litigation skills learned through years of criminal practice to now fight for HOMEOWNERS against their own insurance companies. Too often insurance companies deny coverage to their own insureds. I work to right that injustice.
