Joshua LeRoy

Mr. LeRoy graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

With a passion for justice Mr. LeRoy has always fought for the rights of those entangled with criminal charges in a sometimes abusive criminal justice system.

He began his legal career at the Office of the Palm Beach Public Defender, where he was given the unique opportunity of defending thousands of clients with charges ranging from second degree misdemeanors to felonies punishable by mandatory life imprisonment. During that time Mr. LeRoy gained invaluable experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system. Mr. LeRoy was noted as working tirelessly on behalf of his clients.

Mr. LeRoy is today an experienced trial attorney and skilled and creative legal researcher and writer. He has a special talent in finding details that other attorneys regularly miss that help him have an edge in defending his clients.

Having participated in numerous trials and final violation of probation hearings, Mr. LeRoy takes the time to understand the circumstances of each of the criminal cases he defends in order to present his clients' cases in an eloquent and convincing manner, supported by a deep knowledge of how the criminal justice system works.

Mr. LeRoy has also drafted and argued countless motions, specifically, Motions to Suppress and Motions to Dismiss, which have allowed for the charges in most of those cases to be dropped. Mr. LeRoy has successfully argued to have drugs, firearms, child pornography, and confessions suppressed, as well as various felony criminal charges dismissed.
