Juan Sanchez

Juan Sanchez's legal career is deeply rooted in a commitment to service, a value passed down from his Cuban immigrant parents and strengthened during his time in the U.S. Army Reserve. Since 1995, he has been navigating the complexities of the law in both Florida and North Carolina. Early in his career, Juan worked as an insurance defense attorney, but everything changed during a 2002 mediation. He realized he was on the wrong side of the table and wanted to fight for people, not insurance companies. That shift led him to open his own firm and eventually move to Charlotte, where he spent 18 years building a premier workers’ compensation department. Today, as a co-founder of Olive Sanchez & Associates PLLC, Juan uses his status as a Board-Certified Specialist to help injured workers find their footing. Having handled thousands of cases, he knows exactly how to tackle the challenges that follow an unexpected injury.
