In matters of business law, contracts, transactions and formations, I am proud to represent the people of Austin, Texas, as the founder of the law firm of Karolyn Knaack. With almost 20 years of experience, I am committed to offering quality legal representation to my clients and hold myself to the highest degree of integrity. I have previous experience at a major multinational firm, which gives me insight into how complicated, sophisticated legal matters are handled. Although my clients benefit from my experience, they also get to experience the attention available from working with a smaller firm. My firm focuses on affordability as we accept PayPal payments, responsiveness as I offer personal attention that businesses can trust and establishment as the law firm of Karolyn Knaack is highly regarded throughout Central Texas.

Clients come to me for help with registering and safeguarding trademarks and corporate law matters such as business formation, intellectual property issues, corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial banking issues, and labor and employment matters. I handle all contract matters, including drafting, negotiating and enforcement. As businesses form, I handle the legal aspects of creating a limited liability companies, corporations and Sub S entities.

Free initial consultations are offered by my law firm to individuals and businesses in Central Texas that require help or guidance in any of the listed areas. All small to medium-sized businesses benefit from my experience working with a diverse group of clients, my education and my detailed knowledge of business law.
