Keith D. Obert, the primary litigation attorney at Obert Law Group, P.A., brings extensive experience to the firm’s civil trial and litigation practice. A native of Talladega, Alabama, and raised in the Memphis and North Mississippi regions, Keith provides focused defense in cases involving vehicular accidents, premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, and complex insurance matters. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi—including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals—and holds admissions in many courts across Alabama and Tennessee. Since 2003, Keith has also served as a Certified Mediator, regularly mediating civil disputes and lecturing on legal topics throughout the Southeast. His leadership is reflected in his roles with organizations such as the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association Torts Section, as well as past positions with the Jackson Young Lawyers Association and Mississippi Bar Association.
