Biography

Ken Hepworth is senior counsel in the Portland of WSHB. He is a trial attorney with over twenty years of litigation experience. Ken has handled hundreds of personal injury cases, including those involving spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, severe burns, and wrongful death. In addition, he has appeared and argued before all three divisions of the Washington State Court of Appeals. Ken's previous experience includes working as a senior trial attorney for a major insurance carrier.

Ken holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.

Roach, King County Superior Court, Case No. 18-2-10340-1 SEA (unreported): Defense of a personal injury claim arising from a motor vehicle collision. The trial lasted two weeks. Opposing counsel asked the jury for $8.3M. The jury's verdict was $70,000. There was no appeal; Employer Cleared of Liability in High Stakes Litigation on Appeal; 10.20.25
