I have had one prior matter with him where he, I will admit, sued my lawfirm in a matter that was lost on a motion for summary judgment while we handled the case. There was absolutely no merit to the lawsuit that he filed against us and he was told as much. The court order made clear why the underlying matter was lost in the SJ motion. Ultimately, the attorney that defended my lawfirm filed a motion to dismiss the legalmal case b/c it lacked any merit at all and we prevailed on the dismissal. Read less
