Kevin C. Murphy

Kevin C. Murphy serves as the co-founder and managing partner of Murphy Jones APC, where he oversees administrative functions and legal service coordination. Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCSD, focusing on Public Law, and then completed his Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law with notable academic achievements. During his studies, he was active in student organizations and legal internships, including a noteworthy judicial internship with San Diego Superior Court.Before founding Murphy Jones APC, Kevin honed his legal skills at Morris Sullivan & Lemkul LLP, focusing on construction defect, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases. Today, he stands out in representing professionals before State Administrative Boards and engaging in California and Nevada civil litigation.

Kevin is an active participant in various legal organizations, including the American Bar Association and San Diego Defense Lawyers. He also serves on several boards, reflecting his dedication to the legal community. Beyond his professional duties, Kevin provides pro bono legal services, notably advocating for children through the Children’s Attorney Project, and supports mental health cases, showcasing his commitment to access to justice for all.
