Biography

Kiernan O’Keefe is an Associate in our Tampa office, where she focuses her practice on general liability, health care, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.

Previously a summer associate with HBS, Kiernan also was a fellow for Justice Polston and Justice Couriel with the Florida Supreme Court. She interned for the Honorable Anne Leigh Gaylord Moe with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and clerked for the Florida Department of Health Prosecution Services Unit.

Kiernan earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida State University, where she was a staff editor for the Florida State University Business Review Journal. She was also awarded the Book Award for Closely Held Business Organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Public Policy from Rollins College, where she played for the women’s lacrosse team.
