Biography

As the daughter of an Army officer, Kim spent a large part of her childhood living in Europe. Her family ended up in Orlando, Florida where she attended high school. She obtained her bachelor's degree with honors from Jacksonville University where she attended on an academic and athletic scholarship. After graduating from law school at the University of Florida, Kim began practicing law in Jacksonville and has practiced in the Jacksonville community for over 25 years. Her legal practice has been exclusively in the area of civil litigation with a concentration in workers’ compensation claims for the last 15 years. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Kim defended workers' compensation and personal injury cases. Her background in defense work provides her with a unique skill set and invaluable insight into what is necessary to effectively and successfully represent injured workers.
