Biography

Larry is a Partner in our Denver office with over 45 years of legal experience, and he specializes in commercial, business, employment, and civil rights litigation.

Larry represents businesses of all sizes, employers, insurance carriers, financial institutions, and health care professionals in both state and federal court in a wide variety of cases including class actions involving commercial disputes, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation, wage and hour violations, civil rights violations, non-compete covenants, trade secrets, non-solicitation agreements, defamation, fraud, elder abuse, insurance bad faith, check fraud, property disputes, adverse possession and boundary disputes, and construction defects.

He has also handled numerous injury claims involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, patient-therapist sex abuse, suicides, and toxic torts.

As a former trial attorney for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Colorado and California, Larry has extensive experience with the administrative processing of discrimination claims and employment litigation. While he tries to resolve every case efficiently and effectively, his experience in approximately 50 jury trials, trials to the court and arbitrations is invaluable if a case must proceed to trial.

Larry earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont.
