Ms. Haber is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, summa cum laude (J.D., 2010) and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, with honors (B.A., 2006). Ms. Haber is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. Ms. Haber is also trained in the Collaborative Law Process.
Throughout her career, Ms. Haber has navigated the complex world of family law and has earned the reputation as a first-rate family law attorney, both at the negotiating table and in the courtroom. Ms. Haber’s assertive, yet calming demeanor has helped her clients in the most challenging of family law matters. She understands the emotional difficulty that her clients face and believes in minimizing the inevitable conflicts that arise during their cases. That is why Ms. Haber ensures all of her clients from the start that she makes herself accessible and available, knowing the importance of continuing communication throughout what can be, a stressful process.
Ms. Haber’s practice focuses on the family as a whole - specializing in matrimonial and family law cases, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, dissolution of marriage, equitable distribution, alimony and spousal support, parenting issues and timesharing, paternity, and complex financial matters, while also incorporating estate planning and probate into her practice so that clients’ assets and family members remain well protected from now and into the future.
Ms. Haber’s sensitivity and understanding in the family law world also brings tremendous knowledge into the probate and estate planning side of the practice. In handling such sensitive family matters, Ms. Haber can navigate the intricacies of estate laws with empathy and precision. Ms. Haber’s expertise ensures that the probate process is managed efficiently, reducing stress for grieving families.

Ms. Haber is deeply involved in volunteer work with the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, where she serves on the Executive Counsel. For the 2024-25 term, she holds the positions of Chair of the Children’s Issues Committee and Co-Chair of the Equitable Distribution Committee. Additionally, Ms. Haber actively participates in the quarterly Family Law Section meetings, contributing her knowledge and dedication to the field.
Before Ms. Haber’s work with the Family Law Section, Ms. Haber volunteered as a Board Member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar Association for many years, organizing young lawyer events such as Law-LaPalooza and Boot Camp: Basic Training for Trial.
Ms. Haber has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer for 2023 and 2024 as a Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers in America for 2024 and 2025. Ms. Haber also received the 2023-2024 Above and Beyond Award from the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar for her dedication and commitment to exceeding expectations.
