Biography

Lori Anker Nott joined the firm in June of 1985 as a member of the firm's first class of summer associates. She became an associate with the firm in 1986, a partner in 1993 and is currently of counsel to the firm.

Ms. Anker Nott specializes in general commercial litigation and real estate related litigation. Her areas of practice include contract and business disputes; brokerage disputes; all aspects of cooperative disputes including enforcement of shareholder obligations and sponsor disputes; lease disputes including retail, apartment, office and ground leases; and all aspects of commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes including purchase options, renewal options, fair market rent determinations, demolition and alteration issues as well as residential rent regulatory issues.

Ms. Anker Nott graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
