Biography

Louise C. Biedenharn is an Associate in our Memphis office who focuses her practice on bankruptcy creditors’ rights, business litigation, fiduciary litigation, general liability, intellectual property, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Louise worked for many years as an attorney throughout Memphis, Tennessee, and Greenville, South Carolina. In her work, she gained experience representing clients in the fields of civil litigation, financial litigation, and bankruptcy matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. She also served as the student ambassador for the law school. Louise also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Millsaps College.
