Biography

M. Kendall Hillman was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986, after receiving his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and his law degree from the University of Southern California. Mr. Hillman is active in local civic and community affairs, having served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce, the Solano County Bar Association and the Fairfield-Suisun Rotary Club. He served as the Chairman of the Board of the Fairfield -Suisun Chamber of Commerce in 1999-2000. Mr. Hillman is currently serving as a Pro Tem Judge for Solano County Courts.
