Marc A. Johnston is an experienced and AV rated preeminent trial attorney who represents accident and injury victims, and battles insurance companies on behalf of his clients who have endured delayed and denied insurance claims. Mr. Johnston is the principal and owner of The Johnston Law Firm, LLC, in Portland. He is an experienced personal injury attorney, having handled well over 1,000 personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Johnston has worked on some of the largest insurance cases in Oregon and Washington. Mr. Johnston's clients rate him very highly in integrity, effectiveness, compassion and devotion to his clients' cases. Mr. Johnston's career has been dedicated to representing the injured and individuals who have been treated unfairly by an insurance company, corporations or by those that have injured them.
