Certified as bankruptcy law specialists by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Lieberman is a litigator with special expertise in pre-bankruptcy planning and complex bankruptcy matters on behalf of creditors, debtors, and bankruptcy trustees. He counsels clients throughout the country on bankruptcy matters pending in California, Delaware, Nevada, Texas, New York, Illinois, and Florida.

Mr. Lieberman's clients include small and medium size businesses, real estate developers and commercial property owners, entrepreneurs, franchisees and assisted living facility operators, high profile entertainers and recording artists, physicians attorneys and financial professionals,, bankruptcy trustees receivers and parties to state law assignment (ABC) proceedings, investment banking firms, and lending institutions.

Mr. Lieberman is often engaged to assist other attorneys and financial professional with bankruptcy-related issues confronting their clients. He speaks and writes on Chapter 11 matters of particular interest to small business owners confronting insolvency issues themselves or unexpectedly caught up in the bankruptcy of a vendor, customer or tenant.
