Marc A. Wites is a founding shareholder of Wites & Rogers Attorneys at Law and brings 28 years of trial and litigation experience to his practice. Marc has secured multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for clients in personal injury, wrongful death, sexual assault, and class action cases across both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. His successful representations include industry-shaping class actions, insurance disputes on behalf of homeowners and businesses, and recovery of investment losses for families and individuals. Marc is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, where he served on the Law Review and Moot Court Board, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar, multiple federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer and AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Marc is also an accomplished legal author. His publications, including The Florida Litigation Guide, are widely used by attorneys and judges throughout Florida and beyond. Marc resides in Boca Raton with his wife and two sons.
