Biography

Marjorie Levine is an associate in the West Palm Beach office of Hall Booth Smith, where she practices in the areas of medical malpractice and long-term care litigation.Marjorie brings more than a decade of litigation experience to her practice, representing clients in complex matters across state and federal courts. Her background includes significant work in appellate advocacy, medical negligence, mass tort litigation, construction defect, and environmental and land-use matters. She has handled cases from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, and appellate proceedings.Earlier in her career, Marjorie focused on litigation defense, including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction defect, premises liability, and products-related claims. She
has substantial appellate experience, having served as lead appellate counsel for a regional portfolio and presented oral argument before appellate courts. Her practice has also included advising clients on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management.Marjorie earned her Juris Doctor and Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University School of Law and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Studies and Biology from The George Washington University. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
