Biography

Attorney Mark Troy focuses his practice on personal injury claims in the firm's Charleston, West Virginia Office. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Finance at Marshall University and spending time in the military as a U.S. Army tank platoon leader, Mr. Troy obtained his law degree from West Virginia University.

He then held multiple positions before opening his own plaintiff's personal injury firm in 2013, and in 2019 he joined Morgan & Morgan. Mr. Troy is married to his wife, Sue, and spends his free time traveling and enjoying the outdoor opportunities provided by the Mountain State.
