I've known Matt Banks for some time. He has a very good legal mind; however, because of the litigation team situation he has been in for many years (run by a senior partner of his firm, who does not permit him to do much beyond discovery), he has very limited trial experience. In fact, in the number of cases in which I have been involved with Matt, he is rarely permitted to take an active roll in the examination of witnesses. This is an unfortunate but true fact of his legal career. Read less
