Mr. Barrows is a highly capable attorney. He excels at all forms of litigation and devises creative solutions to difficult issues. His work ethic, and diligence with respect to the matters before him are exceptional. He is both intelligent and has the ability to think quickly on his feet. I would feel comfortable in recommending him to anyone in need of an attorney is any of the many areas of practice that he in involved in.
