Biography

Michael L. Saile, Jr. is a seasoned personal injury attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. After passing both bar examinations, he began his career litigating cases in Vineland, NJ. With extensive courtroom experience, he joined forces with his father to form Saile & Saile LLP, where he practiced for 12 years before co-founding Cordisco & Saile LLC in 2016 alongside John Cordisco. Mike dedicates his practice to representing individuals against powerful corporations and insurers in catastrophic-injury matters, including wrongful death, traumatic brain and spinal injuries, motor-vehicle and truck collisions, motorcycle crashes, premises liability, overservice of alcohol, burn and explosion incidents, and heat-related fatalities. Outside the office, he and his wife, criminal defense attorney Caterina, share three sons—Joey and twins Michael III and John. Mike’s passions include family outings, youth wrestling and flag-football coaching, homemade winemaking, bourbon collecting, outdoor adventures, and travel.
