Biography

Miles Hurley is a leading voice in Atlanta elder law, but if you ask him what he’s most proud of, it’s helping seniors maintain their independence and financial security. He is one of only twelve Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Georgia, which is a significant distinction. His peers have also awarded him an AV Preeminent rating for his professional ethics and legal ability. Miles has held major leadership roles, including serving as President of the Georgia Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and helping found the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association. A graduate of Emory and Georgia State Law, he is licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee. Outside the office, Miles is a true adventurer. He actually completed the entire Appalachian Trail in 2023! He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Joanna, and they enjoy traveling to the UK to visit family. With three grown sons, one of whom is currently in law school. Miles deeply understands the importance of family legacy and works tirelessly to protect yours.
