Biography

Miles Patrick Hurley is an Elder Law attorney in private practice in Atlanta, serving the legal needs of the elderly population on issues related to aging; including retaining independence, quality of life and financial security. Mr. Hurley is one of twelve attorneys in the state of Georgia (and less than 500 nationwide) who have proven the enhanced knowledge, skills, experience, and proficiency to be properly identified to the public as a certified elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). He has also achieved an AV rating from his peers, which means that he was deemed to have very high professional ethics and preeminent legal ability and has been named a Georgia Superlawyer for consecutive years.

Miles lives in Atlanta and has three grown sons. Two sons have graduated college and the youngest is currently at TCU. Miles and his wife, Joanna, enjoy traveling and often visit family in the United Kingdom. He also spends much of his free time hiking and is planning to complete the entire Appalachian Trail in 2023.
