I know Mitt more as a litigator and business counselor from cases I have had with him. He has consulted with me in matters of Estate Administration. I give him the same evaluation regardless of the area of his practice.

Very hard working, intelligent young man and very good lawyer. I have no hesitation referring cases to him which I do not handle or for conflicts. The only reason I give him a "3" on "Legal Experience" is his age (about 39 years) and only 14 years...

Very hard working, intelligent young man and very good lawyer. I have no hesitation referring cases to him which I do not handle or for conflicts. The only reason I give him a "3" on "Legal Experience" is his age (about 39 years) and only 14 years of practice. From my perspective, at age 60 years and 34 years of practice, I personally had a quantum leap of perspective and understanding of the legal system, legal profession, and, well, just plain experience, at about age 50. He will too.
