Ben Hoover is an experienced trial lawyer who dedicates his practice to injury, wrongful death, and family estate planning cases. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma and Federal Court.

Ben and Grant joined forces to form Hoover Rogers Law in 2021 to serve clients in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. But, they are not limited geographically and can represent clients all across Texas and Oklahoma.

Ben has successfully obtained verdicts and settlements for his clients in wrongful death, auto collision, dangerous products, vicious dog attack, criminal defense, slip and fall and property damage cases.

-In May 2025, Ben settled a highway worksite injury for $1,030,000 for a construction worker that was crushed and required surgery.

-In April 2025, Ben settled a rear-end collision for an Oklahoma couple for $400,000.Ben has successfully-In June 2024, Ben settled a client's rear-end highway collision for $200,000 after turning down the initial $2,000 insurance offer

-In April 2022, Ben and Grant settled a trucking crash case for $798,000 at court while the jury was waiting outside to begin trial.

-In February 2022, Ben and Grant won a dog attack case and secured a $48,000 verdict in rural Clay County, TX.

-In December 2021, Ben and Grant secured a complete jury acquittal for their client on three counts of felony deadly conduct by disproving the State's case and proving their client's actions were self-defense.

-In September 2017, Ben's client faced a plea offer of 37 years during trial but, after a 6-day trial, walked out a free man after the jury determined he was not guilty of a felony.

-In February 2017, Ben was part of a trial team that secured a seven-figure settlement for their client against a vehicle manufacturer for life altering injuries.
