Biography

Bradley Pratt is a seasoned trial lawyer known for his dedication to securing justice for individuals and families impacted by tragedy. With over $300 million recovered for his clients, Bradley has taken on major corporate defendants across the country, earning a reputation as a formidable legal advocate. His background includes a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Rhesa Hawkins Barksdale of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, followed by a partnership at King & Spalding, where he handled high-stakes cases for some of the world’s largest corporations. Bradley’s decision to shift from defending corporations to representing individuals marked a turning point in his career. Today, he focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases, particularly those involving trucking accidents, defective products, and corporate misconduct. He also represents whistleblowers in False Claims Act cases and leads complex litigation, including class actions and mass torts. Known for his trial experience, Bradley has argued cases before juries nationwide and successfully handled appeals in state Supreme Courts and federal appellate courts.

A Mississippi native, Bradley resides in Atlanta with his wife, Lelia, and their three children. He enjoys spending time outdoors, passing on his love for hunting and fishing to his family.
