Biography

Brian Silverio, admitted to the Florida Bar in September 1999, brings over two decades of legal experience to his practice. He is authorized to practice in all state courts in Florida and the U.S. District Courts in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 1996, followed by a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School in 1999.

Brian is an active member of several legal associations, including the Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Collier County, and American Bar Associations, as well as The Florida Bar. He is also affiliated with the American Inns of Court in Collier County, Florida, and served as President of Business Networking International in 2005-2006 and 2019-2020.

Focusing on Marital & Family Law, including appeals, Brian is recognized for his excellence in the legal field. He has been honored as a "Top Lawyer" by the South Florida Legal Guide and identified as a "Top Up and Comer" by both Florida Super Lawyer Magazine and the South Florida Legal Guide.
