Biography

Bruce D. Peisner is a Partner in our Tampa office, where he specializes in health care litigation. He has over 35 years of experience defending nursing homes and assisted living facilities, personal injury cases, and family law matters.

Bruce brings a unique perspective having worked in both plaintiff and defense firms. He has led or assisted in more than a dozen jury trials and twenty arbitrations. He has experience handling appeals with several notable appellate decisions.

Bruce earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
