Mr. Christopher Houston Schulz

Despite having worked in this field for years, Mr. Schulz does not appear to have a firm grasp of the principals and laws controlling in the very complicated area of special education. Moreover, he lacks (to this observer, anyway) the ability to counsel his clients, manage their expectations, and work with their best interests (and the interests of their children) in mind. Mr. Schulz has a terrible reputation among the school law community, and for good reason. He brings suits without merit, and is currently defending a claim for pursuing a frivolous lawsuit in federal court. He is frequently dismissive of his client's needs and best interests, antagonistic to opposing parties, appears for hearings and conferences unprepared and unkempt, substitutes his bravado/ego for wise counsel, and does not comport himself as a responsible member of the Bar.
