Mr. David P. Broughton

I've worked with David Broughton on quite a few matters over several years. He's a charming guy with lots of confidence, but he displays a surprising lack of depth and expertise when matters go beyond the routine. I can recommend him for simple/routine work, but would look elsewhere for more complex matters. He was out of the practice of law for some years while working in investment banking, so maybe this will become less of an issue once he gets more experience in private practice. Read less
